As a Cruz Thru Express employee, you'll be expected to:

• have reliable transportation.
• be willing to comply with all of our uniform and appearance standards.
• Hair above the collar in back for males. Females must tie hair back in a pony tail.
• Hair cut above the ears on the sides.
• Cleanly shaven face.
• No earrings for males. Females are allowed to wear modest, "Stud type" earrings.
• No visible tattoos.
• No visible body piercing.
• Sideburns should not extend below the middle of the ear.
• Must show up to work every day in a neat, clean, and complete Cruz Thru Express uniform.
• be willing to show up to work each day with a smile, and a positive attitude.
• have a sincere desire to do whatever it takes to help us create lifetime customers!
• be willing to recommend needed special services to our customers, to help them keep their cars looking their best!
• be able to attend our mandatory monthly meeting (Usually the first week of the month.)
• be available to participate in our classroom-training curriculum.
• be an honest person with a high level of integrity.
• have mastery of basic arithmetic skills (i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.)
• pass a pre-employment drug test.

Greeter/Wash Attendant

If you enjoy working with your hands, and you don't mind getting dirty once in awhile, then the Maintenance Program is for you. Mechanical/Electrical/Computer experience a plus!
